The roller extrusion granulator is formed by using the extrusion pressure of two relatively rotating rollers. The powder enters between the two rollers by the feeding port of the mixer. The two corresponding hemisphere molds on the roll are squeezed relatively after filling the material, and the two hemispheres form a flat spherical particle. After forming, the particles are thrown out of the mold due to the centrifugal force of the rotating roll, and fall to the outlet, and discharge through the outlet together with the unformed powder raw materials.
